As the academy gets off the ground, it is our intention to attract as much volunteer talent as we can from our network of powerful and ethical leaders. No venture, however, survives on good will alone, and as our fundraising effort moves forward and our ability to hire leaders of excellence grows, the Academy will become home to a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to building the world leadership of tomorrow.

The very nature of the school requires that all those who deal with students have a clear understanding of the principles and mechanisms used in helping people achieve their maximum potential as contributing leaders. It is to be expected that those who work at the academy will have completed a course of personal development equivalent to the one offered by Klemmer & Associates, and that they are committed to the principles of forward movement in their own lives.

Faculty and administrators will of necessity be unified as to goals, philosophies, policies and procedures, and those who are in alignment with the concept of masterminding can function as a team to attract and generate the maximum possible energy for the benefit of the students who come to the Academy.

Anticipated areas of need include but will not be limited to:

Administrative Staff (Head of School, Dean of Students, Dean of Faculty, Accounting, Financial Planning, Fundraising, Marketing, Construction, Campus Life)

Teachers for all core and enrichment subjects, to be determined as time goes on.

Support Staff (Legal, Medical, Physical Facilities, Librarians, Groundskeeping, Custodial, Food Services, etc.)
